Hwaseong seongyeok uigwe A white paper, Hwaseong Seongyeok Uigwe (Data of Hwaseong Fortress Building), was posted in 1801, Soon after the Dying of King Jeongjo. It has 10 volumes and proved priceless for the reconstruction exertion in 1970 after the fortress were severely ruined during the Korean War. The volumes ended up divided by topic, with the 1st covering the options for creating, together with blueprints and a summary of supervisors.
